Job Description
Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
- Retain and increase orders from existing and potential customers within an assigned geographical territory
- Increase customer satisfaction-emphasis on digital support using excellent communication and telephone skills email and virtual communication experience and a solutions mindset
- Collaborate with internal technical teams external strategic partners and service teams focused on digital adoption retention and growth of a territory
- Monitor assess and communicate with supervisor potential customer-related activities patterns and opportunities
- Utilize channels of communication between customers and laboratories keeping customers informed of the best options and additives for successful sales outcomes through outbound follow-up calls and emails
- Demonstrate keen awareness of territory market conditions competitive pricing service requirements and customer needs assessment
- Participate in laboratory-sponsored customer engagements study clubs conventions seminars
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications :
- Excellent computer knowledge and telephone skills digital scan review preferred
- 3 years previous experience in a dental profession preferred
- Previous experience working in a sales or telephonic sales position
- Must be a self-starter with good initiative assertiveness and self-motivation to resolve potential conflicts with customers
- Ability and willingness to reasonably make decisions receive feedback and take calculated risks
- Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with limited supervision
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Associates Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
