Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to dentists offices over the phone and by email while educating customers on Modern Dental Lab products and services
- Record all incoming and outgoing cases in company database adhering to lab safety guidelines
- Support customers with their ordering needs provide technical support on new products and services
- Provide support for employees and managers in all customer relation and shipping/receiving tasks; including both unloading and sorting incoming packages and professionally packaging outgoing cases
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications :
- Strong computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs
- Ability to communicate professionally written and verbal with internal and external parties.
- High attention to detail with the upmost accuracy is required
- Understanding of general administrative policies and procedures
- Self-motivated with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced high volume environment.
- Maintain clean equipment and work area
- Proficiency in Magic Touch software or ability to become proficient quickly
- Knowledge of dental lab products materials and techniques preferred
- Highschool diploma or equivalency required
