We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Cleveland OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and driving growth through strategic outreach and communication. Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling email outreach and networking
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients
Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies
Track all activities and progress in the CRM system
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred
1 years of experience in business development sales or client-facing roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of SaaS or cloud-based solutions is a plus
