Operations Manager Facilites Management (Technical) will be responsible for overseeing the complete technical and operational aspects of Facilites Management across multiple sites or a large portfolio. This role requires strong leadership technical expertise client handling skills and team management capabilities to ensure high service standards safety compliance and cost efficiency.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all technical services including electrical HVAC plumbing fire safety DG sets lifts BMS etc.
- Manage facility teams and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
- Conduct regular technical audits preventive maintenance schedules and ensure zero breakdown performance.
- Ensure statutory and safety compliance for all building systems as per local and legal standards.
- Liaise with clients for service reviews issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Prepare budgets manage operating expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Plan and implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.
- Lead facility transition projects (e.g. onboarding of new sites refurbishment AMC finalization).
- Manage AMC/vendor contracts procurement and performance evaluation.
- Mentor guide and upskill the engineering and soft services team.
