Job Description
Great leadership role for an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)!

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (preferably with DNP) or Physician Assistant (preferrably with DMSc) in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in primary care or family medicine
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of community health principles and population health management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and data analysis
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and quality improvement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing healthcare landscapes
- Cultural competence and experience working with diverse patient populations
- Board certification in family practice or primary care (preferred)
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are highly desirable
