Washington Collegeis currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Director Human Resources. Alongside the Colleges new leadership team Human Resources works to enhance the employee experience by ensuring employees are engaged in the college community offered a robust and comprehensive total rewards package and provided opportunities for personal growth and development. The ideal candidate is an HR professional who is confident in their knowledge and experience willing to introduce changes and institute best practices.
The Assistant Director will initially focus on the Employee Benefits and Total Compensation functional areas. Utilizing benefits and financial experts this position will review current and new offerings provide recommendations and assist with administration and implementation of programs and plans. As a member of the Human Resources team the Assistant Director will also be involved in other operational areas including recruitment and employment employee relations compliance and performance management.
Thisfull-time position reports to the Director of Human Resources is a member of the Finance Division and is eligible for a package of correspondingfull-timebenefits. This position is also eligible for a hybrid work schedule dependent on project demands. The estimated range for compensation for this position is $70000 to $85000 annually.
