TERRITORY COVERED: Full agency service area
CENTRAL OFFICE: 1519 Gardiner Lane; Louisville KY 40218

Position Summary:
As an Annual Fund & CRM Manageryoull be the strategic force behind our donor relationships transforming data into meaningful connections that fuel our mission. As our Annual Fund & CRM Manager youll have the complete donor experiencefrom the moment someone makes their first gift to building lasting relationships that sustain our programs. Your expertise will directly contribute to our annual individual giving goal of $500000 ensuring every youth in our community has access to a mentor.
What Youll Do
  • Lead CRM strategy and management creating comprehensive data systems that inform fundraising decisions and strengthen donor relationships across our $500000 individual giving program
  • Design and execute annual fundraising campaigns including bi-annual appeals and giving day initiatives that engage new donors while retaining existing supporters
  • Transform data into actionable insights through advanced reporting trend analysis and donor segmentation that drives strategic decision-making
  • Manage the complete donor stewardship cycle ensuring every gift receives acknowledgment within 48 hours and developing personalized cultivation strategies
  • Collaborate across departments to integrate CRM systems with third-party platforms and support agency-wide fundraising initiatives
  • Drive monthly financial reconciliation with the Chief Financial Officer maintaining accuracy in gift processing and reporting
  • Create compelling donor communications that tell our impact story and inspire continued support for youth mentoring programs
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications Marketing or Nonprofit Management (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-3 years of fundraising experience with demonstrated success in donor relationship management
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with Raisers Edge CRM platform
  • Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle with state-required insurance
  • Stable internet connection for remote work capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with annual fund campaigns and donor retention strategies
  • Background in data analysis and reporting within nonprofit environments
  • Knowledge of giving day platforms and peer-to-peer fundraising tools
  • Cross-cultural competency and experience working in diverse communities
