As an Sales Coach you will help build out our world class sales this role you will be well versed in our platform with a special focus on essential coaching and training on sales techniques and presentation skills for the Sales organization. This role is responsible for the design development and delivery of ongoing learning for Sales addition you will help to analyze the training and development needs of the sales organization and work collaboratively with the full Sales Training team to develop high impact programs that increase sales and sales effectiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design develop and deliver training and coaching on all products and sales techniques. This includes instructor-led in-person and virtual training e-learning and using a variety of other instructional techniques with a focus on and how they relate to other CoStar products.
Design develop and deliver onboarding for new Sales hires; serve as lead trainer for new hire classes beginning with the nest period.
Support sales managers in assessing sales associates ability to apply in-class and real- world learning in the first (90 days) of production.
Work with sales managers on sales associate assessments and post-training work plans.
Work well within the team and across the organization to define learning solutions that address business priorities and bridge gaps in knowledge competency and skills for sales associates in a variety of roles and with varied levels of experience.
Participate in the design of curriculum (classroom and online) and performance support tools that build the product mastery required to improve performance in sales for new and existing sales team members.
Work with Sales Learning & Development team members to manage projects timelines and commitments as well as communication and deployment plans.
Conduct training assessments measuring the accuracy and effectiveness of programs resources and tools. Initiate changes based on feedback and/or changes in process.
Keep abreast of strategy industry changes product enhancements and training best practices to improve and update learning programs accordingly.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
One or more years of experience mentoring coaching or managing teams of sales professionals in a B2B environment preferably in digital marketing advertising sales or the Multifamily industry
Strong and proven track record of successfully mentoring and coaching sales teams to achieve their greatest potential
Bachelors degree required preferably in Business Administration Communications or Marketing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently while being highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Proven presentation and demonstration skills using web-based meeting applications like WebEx Go-To-Meeting etc.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a variety of audiences
