Job Description
Department
Florida Institute Of Education (FIE)-OPSCompensation
$35.00 HourlyFIE child assessors work with the Assistant Director for Research and Evaluation in carrying out assessment functions including attending assessor training confirming child assent conducting child and teacher assessments in early learning centers and other settings ensuring assessments are conducted with fidelity and in a professional manner recording data accurately and completing other assessment-related duties as assigned.
Pay range: $35/hour with bachelors degree/$40/hr with masters degree
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in education or a related field
- Experience working with young children
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan organize and execute assignments with attention to detail and problem-solving
- Due to direct contact with minor children a successful Position of Trust/Level II background screening is required (includes fingerprinting)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in education or a related field
This position will be up to 20 hours a week
Must include a current resume
This position requires a level 2 background screening with fingerprinting
Must include within application or upload list of professional references. Include current contact information for a minimum of two professional references
