Performance Creative Strategist
NativePath seeks an experienced Performance Creative Strategist to join our Team! The Performance Creative Strategist will play a key role in developing and executing data-informed creative strategies that support growth across paid social channels. This role is essential in identifying high-performing creative iterating on winning formats and ensuring that creative decisions are grounded in performance insights.
Reporting to the Head of Performance Creative the Performance Creative Strategist will collaborate closely with creative partners the internal Performance Creative team and cross-functional teams to continuously refine strategy monitor creative performance develop new concepts and iterate to optimize paid creative.
The ideal candidate brings a mix of creative intuition and analytical thinking a strong understanding of performance marketing and the ability to turn insights into actionable briefs scripts and creative assets that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:
- Write compelling scripts for video ads and strategic creative briefs for both video and image ads.
- Assist in developing creative strategies informed by performance data and audience insights.
- QA video and image ads to ensure alignment with creative strategy messaging and brand standards.
- Identify and amplify high-performing content across paid social platforms
- Partner with designers video editors and external partners to execute and iterate on creative assets.
- Translate ad performance data into actionable insights for future creative decisions.
- Stay up to date on paid media trends and test new creative angles hooks and formats.
- Support documentation and creative project tracking in Notion.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in growth marketing with a focus on creative strategy preferably within an e-commerce or high-growth startup environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing creative strategies that have driven significant brand growth.
- Expertise in growth marketing frameworks especially the build-measure-learn methodology.
- A strategic thinker with a strong creative background capable of leveraging content to drive measurable business results.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data derive insights and optimize creative performance.
- Ability to gain a deep understanding of NativePaths core customers and continuously identify new audiences for paid channels in collaboration with product and growth teams.
- Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing creative teams.
- Excellent collaboration skills across marketing product creative data and other teams to drive cross-channel performance.
- Up-to-date with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in creative and growth marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Demonstrated ability to track and measure the impact of creative efforts on performance metrics.
- Proficient in META YouTube Google Analytics and digital marketing platforms.
- Collaborates with performance and media teams to identify creative KPIs analyze test results and iterate on winning concepts.
- Leverage AI tools daily to streamline creative workflows ideation and scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Notion Slack AIR Motion and Figma to manage and collaborate on creative projects.
