Job Description
Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute international sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in key international markets.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors agents and key accounts across regions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. production logistics finance) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Represent the company at international trade shows conferences and customer meetings.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with international clients and partners.
Provide accurate sales forecasts reports and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations documentation and export controls.
Monitor and adapt to regional economic legal and cultural factors affecting sales performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business International Trade Engineering or a related field preferred.
5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing cross-border sales operations.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of international markets export regulations and logistics.
Willingness to travel internationally up to X% of the time.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
