- Responsible for handling complete Kushalnagara Mill operations.
- Responsible for handling coffee process in assigned shift timing.
- Execution of coffee processes ensuring time and quality as requested.
- Supervise proper & safe coffee loading & unloading of coffee for process and post process.
- Coordinate with Warehouse Quality and Maintenance department on requirement.
- Responsible for maintaining & executing 5S in overall Mill Warehouse and Admin block.
- Inform processes to the senior supervisor to assist in business decision making.
- Assigning job to operators and managing manpower by preparing weekly shift schedule.
- Ensure the strict implementation of process SOP by the team.
- Supervise ensure the quality of the processed product in order to meet customer requests.
- Report to maintenance any irregularity of the machinery so that production is not interrupted or impaired.
- Provide adequate training and development to employees in the sector in order to keep them up to date and performing activities with safety and quality.
- Ensure compliance and dissemination of all the principles of quality and safety policy.
- Ensure the execution of the operational inspection and the immediate reporting of the anomalies detected.
- Be responsible for the analysis of the indicators of the area with the team proposing actions to improve deviations and stimulate best practices.
- To be a reference in machinery demands.
- Communicate and enforce the Food Quality and Food Safety management policy.
- Actively participate in SHE programs such as audits and inspections and seek to build a work environment free of accidents and injuries.
- Supervise SHE issues like any other critical business activity with the mindset of continuous performance improvement.
- Perform other activities inherent to the position according to the request of the immediate superior.
- Monitor corrective actions arising from notifications of incidents or risks audits inspections of control bodies customer complaints etc. Check the closure of the actions.
- Communicate enforce and comply the Quality and Safety policy.
- Comply with and ensure compliance & maintenance of GMP- Good Manufacturing Practices.
Qualifications :
- Any graduate
- 3-5 Years of experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
