Job Description
Responsible for supporting and enhancing the delivery of a project from a technical aspect. This role reports to a Project Manager or Contracts Manager and is both Office and Site based as necessary to support project requirements.
2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the planning coordination and execution of electrical engineering projects from concept through to completion.
- Support senior engineers in preparing technical drawings specifications and documentation.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
- Liaise with contractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project components.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant Irish and EU regulations health & safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate project records and assist in preparing reports for internal and client use.
- Attend site meetings.
- Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.
- Compile the Operation and Maintenance Manual commissioning and handover process.
- Maintaining K&M Document Management System.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems schematics and design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit or similar design software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Ireland.
