Job Description
Duration: 6 months

Languages: English (fluency required) German is a plus
We are looking for a motivated and data-savvy trainee to join our global People Engagement this role you will support our Pulse Survey efforts from a data analytics perspectiveturning survey results into actionable insights that help drive positive change across the organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel (incl. macros) and Power BI
- Analyze Pulse Survey data to uncover trends patterns and actionable insights
- Conduct deep dives into specific business units countries or topics as needed
- Visualize findings in a clear and compelling way including PowerPoint presentations for HR and business stakeholders
- Support coordination tasks related to the Pulse Survey (e.g. access management)
Qualifications :
- active student status (under age of 25 can be also passive)
- minimum 20-25 hours of work per week (35-40 hours is a plus)
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data
- Advanced skills in Excel (including macros) and Power BI
- Confident in structuring data and telling stories through visuals
- Detail-oriented proactive and able to work independently
- No HR knowledge requiredcuriosity and learning mindset matter most
- Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus
