Job Description
Join us in shaping the future of investment operations. As an Investment Initiatives Analyst youll play a pivotal role in driving collaboration and innovation across our global investment teams. This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic change enhance operational efficiency and contribute to delivering outstanding client outcomes.
What youll be doing:
- Partnering with Investment Desks to define and embed best practice in investment processes
- Collaborating with Desk Leads and Managers to ensure mandates are managed effectively and securely
- Leading change initiatives and guiding teams through strategic transformation
- Engaging with global investment teams to harmonise process design and resolve operational challenges
- Acting as a subject matter expert on the Strategic Target Operating Model and CRIMS platform
- Liaising with technology teams to shape system solutions for a global operating model
- Building scalable end-to-end investment frameworks with middle and back office partners
- Identifying operational risks and recommending solutions to mitigate them
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Strong understanding of the full investment lifecycle and operational frameworks
- Experience with investment desk strategies and fund structures
- Proven ability to assess and manage investment and operational risk
- Familiarity with JIRA and business process management tools
- Background in technology migration and investment process design
- Experience in testing test planning and acceptance testing
- Track record of delivering scalable solutions in investment environments
- Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
