Job Description

Were recruiting for a Cash Management Technician to join us on a 5 month FTC. Were offering a competitive base salary.

What youll be doing:

  • Managing daily funding calculations and manual payment inputs with precision
  • Investigating and resolving abnormal bank account balances to prevent future issues
  • Reconciling payments and receipts including cheque activity to maintain financial accuracy
  • Responding to internal and external enquiries with professionalism and initiative
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate management information and procedure documentation
  • Handling queries from banks and colleagues in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications :

  • A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with banking or cash management processes (desirable but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
