Job Description
As a valuable member of RS team you will deliver winning food and beverage service to our guests at all times by living our Vision and Values.
- Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to our guests.
- Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.
- Ensure AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations are followed.
- Provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries.
- Monitor inventory and prepare bar for service.
- Act as an ambassador to RS Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and our community.
- Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises.
- Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Qualifications :

- Bartender Certificate from a reputable Bartending School with practical on-site training is not required but is an asset.
- 3 years experience bartending in a fast-paced high-volume facility that serves cocktails wine and beer.
- Smart Serve certification required
- Able to work evenings weekends and holidays as the need arises
- Must be comfortable refusing service to guests if necessary
- A winning attitude
- Sophisticated knowledge of spirits wine and bar equipment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to pay close attention to detail & calculate order totals manually
