Location:Can be based at Brisbane Bundaberg or Gold Coast
Remuneration:$76K Super 15900 NFP Salary Packaging & $2650 for meals & entertainment (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our UnitingCare team
Were seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Lifeline Training team.
This position is responsible for to contributing to the operational objectives of the program by performing a range of high level and quality administrative functions to support management and operational team.
As an Administrative Officer you will:
Undertake a range of administrative functions including but not limited to activities that assist in the support of outcomes in the services in areas such as maintaining quality administrative practices and processes.
Assist with diary management including arranging internal and external appointments and any associated travel and accommodation requirements.
Coordinate a range of financial functions including but not limited to recording income and expenditure; accounts payable; procurement card reconciliation; ordering supplies and reporting to management as required.
Using Microsoft Office and/or other business software in preparing reports minutes correspondences presentations and maintaining databases and other information systems
Assist in maintaining and administering a records management system for receipt storage and retrieval of records and correspondence
Support senior administration in the establishment of new services and maintaining the process for recording of statistical data and feedback to inform internal reports and research.
Assist in review and implementing new processes and procedures to support the service/function run more effectively.
Provide assistance in the co-ordination of site management requirements.
Support Senior Administration with Coordination of events functions workshops and meetings
Liaising with external providers and suppliers; stationery IT facilities for proactive practice management
Assist in business support alongside Senior Administrator in areas of Human Resources Fleet Management Digital Technology Travel and Workplace Health and Safety as required.
Work within UCQ policies and procedures including the provision of Workplace Health and Safety and other relevant legislation.
Undertake other administrative duties such as reception backup when required.
Contribute to the maximisation of synergies across UCQ as a single integrated organisation to improve service delivery and business performance and to promote the Churchs work in health and community services in the broader community
What makes a difference for us

Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Qualifications skills and experience in Administration or Business or a minimum of 2 years providing administrative support and assistance to management.
