You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe South West Aboriginal Medical Service (SWAMS) is a non-Government Health Service based in Bunbury which provides a variety of health services to Aboriginal people in the South West of Western Australia. SWAMS delivers a wide range of community programs and has a strong growth strategy through partnership opportunities and future community development.
This position is responsible for maintaining an effective system of corporate governance for SWAMS under direct accountability to and supervision by the Board of Directors. The SWAMS Chairperson may direct the occupant to liaise coordinate and work with the Chief Executive Officer for the executive of tasks particularly relating to preparations for logistics of and the administrative support to meetings of the Board of Directors.
The occupant of this position will provide a high level of advice confidentiality and accountability which may include preparation of Board Briefs as directed by the Chairperson and/or the Board of Directors.
