Job Description
Philadelphia suburban collision center group is looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager. Qualified candidates will have a history of running an efficient operation of a successful collision repair operation while building long-term customer relationships and maintaining strong CSI reports.
This opportunity offers you the ability to manage one of our high-volume collision centers that handles a full range of work and is well-established with numerous insurance companies. You will be responsible for staffing all departments along with training mentoring and motivating your staff.
Qualifications:
- Need to have 5 years or more of experience in the collision repair industry
- Strong leadership should have integrity self-awareness courage respect empathy and gratitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- I-CAR certifications preferred
