Job Description
Motion Designer
FULL TIME/ HYBRID / SAN DIEGO CA

THE WORK
- Design dynamic motion graphics including titles/supers explainer animations and social content
- Translate storyboards/creative direction into engaging effective motion
- Implementing sound and visual effects (VFX) to effectively contribute to a story
- Incorporate changes recommended by our internal teams and clients into the final content
- Keeping up-to-speed with the latest trends big ideas and innovations in content marketing
Requirements
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
- 3-4 years of motion design experience preferably at an agency
- Super creative
- Strong understanding of foundational design principles including composition color theory illustration and typography
- Proficient in Adobe CC; specifically After Effects Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience in Cinema 4D/Blender
- Effortlessly navigates key frames null objects basic After Effects scripting compositing and 3D space
- Positive humble collaborative demeanor with a solutions-based attitude
- Stays organized able to prioritize and multitask
- Detail-oriented
- Able to work nimbly and pivot when needed
- Constant learner

- $60000 - $70000 DOE
