Job Description
The successful candidate will assist the Project Managers with documentation permits and change orders maintain and organize job files track project timeliness and subcontractor schedules and coordinate with the property owner. They will order materials and supplies as needed. Prior experience in a construction office or similar administrative role preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail ability to multitask in a fast paced office environment is a must. Individual must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a familiarity with Xactimate DASH would be desirable as would previous experience working with insurance carriers and TPAs..
