Job Description
We are looking for an experiencedUNIX/LINUX Shell Scripting Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain shell scripts for system automation and application deployment
Collaborate with system administrators and development teams
Optimize existing scripts and troubleshoot issues
Document scripts and automation processes
Requirements:
Strong experience with Unix/Linux systems and shell scripting (Bash KornShell etc.)
Previous experience in banking financial services or capital markets
Familiarity with Python or Perl is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
Nice to have:
Knowledge of SQL
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure)
Understanding of DevOps tools (Jenkins Docker Kubernetes)
