Role Purpose:The Customer Planning Manager is a strategic and delivery role with business ownership for delivering marketing campaigns and any strategic projects and product launches that fall within them as well as supporting the Annual Plans for TradePoint. Working with stakeholders across the business and externally to lead and facilitate the execution of the plans and deliver the B&Q and TP Customer objectives (Brand preference Consideration and Loyalty) all helping to drive the overall B&Q and TradePoint Business objectives.
