Description
- Level II Cath Lab with 24/7 STEMI coverage
- STEMI and general call shared among 4 cardiologists (approx. 1:4 weekdays and weekends)
- Procedures include PCI IABP Impella with IVUS and FFR available on-site
- Two brand-new Philips Cath Labs with experienced interventional support staff
- Flexibility to read imaging (echo stress cardiac CT) if desired
- Peripheral interventions welcome but not required
- Complex coronary cases can be performed by the candidate at Emorys tertiary centers in Atlanta with credentialing and mentorship support
- Full integration with Emorys primary care EP heart failure and structural cardiology outreach
- J-1 visa waiver candidates welcome
- Located just 90 minutes from Atlanta and minutes from Macon with easy access to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport
