An established and reputable private wealth management practice is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Wealth Advisor Assistant to provide essential administrative and client support to a team of Wealth Advisors. This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial planning support and a passion for client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Wealth Advisors with client acquisition retention and relationship management.
- Coordinate sales and administrative activities with product providers and consultants.
- Conduct research obtain quotes and compile relevant fact sheets.
- Manage client servicing requests including top-ups transfers redemptions and withdrawals.
- Prepare client meeting packs and maintain accurate client records.
- Submit new business applications and update client documentation in internal systems (Dynamics and Elite).
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (FAIS FICA) and maintain high standards of confidentiality.
- Assist with general office duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate.
- 35 years experience in client relationship management.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a financial planning environment.
- Solid knowledge of risk and investment products and financial planning administration.
- Competency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with client data systems (e.g. Dynamics Elite) is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail accuracy and numeric proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of responsibility adaptability and ownership.
