Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focusedProduct Managerto lead the development and lifecycle management of ourhardware & service offerings and interfaces platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of hardware software and customer-centric services and who can drive innovation operational excellence and cross-functional alignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy managing complex product lifecycles and ensuring seamless integration between hardware offerings and interface & service capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Hardware Product Management

  • Manage the hardware product portfolio and life cycle from commercialization to maturity and own key performance metrics including sales units margin and core growth
  • Define and execute a compelling product vision and roadmap for the short medium and long term for the hardware portfolio including evaluating and selecting vendor partners and products
  • Conduct comprehensive vendor product assessments including product quality capabilities and reliability to ensure the portfolio meets the needs of our customers
  • Define product specifications and customization requirements for white-labeled products
  • Develop and maintain strategic vendor partnerships and long-term supplier relationships
  • Conduct competitive pricing analysis and develop comprehensive pricing strategies (including warranty & product life cycle (EOL) policies) for our hardware portfolio while collaborating with finance teams on cost modeling and profitability analysis

Service Portfolio Management

  • Manage service portfolio including clinical services education and data services to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and customer success outcomes
  • Develop comprehensive service offerings to provide solutions with clear value propositions
  • Establish pricing strategies and service level agreements (SLAs) for each service offering while optimizing profitability and competitive positioning in the market
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing service performance metrics customer feedback and market trends to enhance service effectiveness and expand portfolio capabilities

Interfaces Platform Management

  • Define and execute the interfaces platform strategy to ensure seamless integration capabilities that differentiate Censis software from competitors and deliver superior customer value
  • Lead API and integration roadmap development by identifying critical third-party systems partner platforms and customer workflow requirements to prioritize interface development efforts
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable interface architecture that supports current customer needs while building flexible foundations for future integrations and competitive advantages
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify integration gaps emerging interface standards and opportunities where enhanced connectivity can leapfrog competitor offerings
  • Manage relationships with key integration partners and vendors to negotiate technical partnerships establish integration protocols and ensure optimal performance of critical interfaces

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years as a Product Manager / Associate Product Manager / Portfolio Manager ideally for a hardware or services portfolio
  • Experience working with vendors and 3rd party partners to create white labeled solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience gathering and analyzing user feedback
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to leadership and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of API lifecycle management from design and development through deployment maintenance and deprecation strategies

Education

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or related field.
