Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary:Starting at$90000 annually
- Annual Incentive Bonus:Up to10%
- Monthly Gainshare Program:Performance-based cash incentives
- Sign-On Bonus:Available for qualified candidates
What Makes This Role Special
As an Assistant Plant Manager or strong Plant Supervisor youll be at the heart of our operationsleading cross-functional teams driving safety and quality and making a real impact on our plants success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach teams to meet safety quality delivery and efficiency goals
- Oversee training and ensure product conformity
- Manage daily production planning and preventative maintenance
- Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives
- Collaborate with Customer Service and other departments
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and safety standards
- Work hands-on in a warehouse environment with heavy machinery
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors in Operations Management Engineering or related field
- 5 years in supervisory or management roles
- Experience in Continuous Improvement (Six Sigma preferred)
- Aerospace or Quality background
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Safety-first mindset and team-oriented attitude
