Job Description

Overview

Enterprise Mobility is currently looking for an experienced Receptionist. This is a great opportunity for a dependable friendly and outgoing person to be the first person in contact with our customers vendors and visitors. The ideal candidate will posses a positive attitude excellent organizational and customer service skills and a professional demeanor. Apart from religious observances the ideal candidate will be able to work a full-time schedule (40 hours) Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

Manage a multi-line phone in an expedient energetic and efficient manner
Greet and direct guests to proper department while maintaining visitor log
Execute various administrative duties including; accounts payable report generation clerical duties as needed
Assist other departments with various administrative duties on an as needed basis
Receive and distribute mail and packages
Maintain conference room calendars as well as lobby and conference room appearance
Update and maintain the Group/Regional phone list
Interact with all levels of management
Filing & other general clerical/administrative duties
Special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing mail including but not limited to distributing mail FedEx packages etc.

Qualifications

  • Must have a High School diploma or GED
    • Some college preferred
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience in a corporate office setting.
  • Must be willing to accept the starting hourly rate of $17.50/hr
  • Must have excellent PC skills and intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook.
  • Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must live within a reasonable commute of 40 minutes or less from our location at: 10735 David Taylor DR Ste 400 Charlotte NC 28262

  • Strong time-management/organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and with a team
  • Willing to go the extra mile and work overtime when needed
  • Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
