The Global Fleet Enablement Leader will activate Pfizers global Fleet Policy & Strategy and will oversee Fleet enabling areas while guiding key decisions for the enterprise across reporting & insights process improvements and colleague experience.
What You Will Achieve
You will lead the efforts to scale Fleet process improvements to optimize Global Fleet Operations. You will collaborate with the Fleet regional leads fleet process excellence lead as well as the Fleet Enablement will also provide actionable recommendations for Fleet process improvements that are aligned with Pfizers overall Fleet strategy to deliver an exceptional Fleet experience for Colleagues. You possesses a background in Fleet management strategic planning and global policy development with a proven ability to work in a matrix environment and drive operational excellence in a global environment.
In this role you will:
- Lead the direction of fleet strategy ensuring Global Fleet is at the forefront of technology advancements and innovation.
- Collaborate with fleet partners within the Fleet enablement council and the Global Fleet Governance Council to lead efforts to standardize global Fleet Management processes to improve operations ensuring efficiency effectiveness and alignment with Pfizers Global Fleet Strategy.
- Promote continuous improvement in Global Fleet Operations by identifying enhancement opportunities recommending new or improved processes and pioneering the implementation of innovative solutions based on industry leading practices.
- Lead the optimization of Pfizers Global Fleet Operations ensuring alignment with overall business objectives by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Oversee Fleet technology tools & solutions and oversee the improvement of Colleagues end-to-end Fleet experience.
- Share insights with executives and senior leaders based on analysis of global Fleet information to support Pfizers leadership with decision-making and strategic planning for Fleet.
- Review and stay informed of industry leading practices for Fleet Management processes and emerging technologies to deliver best-in-class insights recommendations and colleague experience.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements):
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Logistics / Supply Chain or related field
- 8 years of experience in Fleet Management Procurement or related field
- Proven experience in strategy development and implementing continuous improvements in a large multinational organization
- Demonstrated skills in leadership team management and cross-functional collaboration
- Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to analyze interpret and communicate complex data into actionable insights for executive-level audiences
- Experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously with demanding deadlines changing requirements and limited resources
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):
- MBA or Masters degree in Operations Management Logistics / Supply Chain Data Science or related field
- Proficiency in Fleet Management Data Analytics and/or Data Visualization software / tools
- Experience leading successful global process improvements audits and / or BCP initiatives in a large multinational organization
- Project management and change management experience in the Pharmaceutical sector
- Certification in Fleet Management Scrum Master Certifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar fields

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $141000.00 to $235000.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
