Description du poste
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MEP Engineering Manager to join a major industrial project based in Saxony Germany. This large-scale capital investment (EUR 1050 million) involves both greenfield and brownfield works within an operating production facility requiring detailed coordination and strict management of shutdowns and interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all MEP design procurement construction and commissioning phases.
Manage contractors in a Design & Build framework.
Coordinate MEP interfaces with CSA works and production operations.
Drive EHS quality and performance excellence on site.
Support tendering and contract negotiations.
Monitor schedule and budget for all MEP-related packages.
Lead technical meetings resolve design issues and manage scope changes.

Profil recherch
Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Process Engineering.
510 years experience in MEP/project management on large capital projects (1050M).
Strong background in design execution procurement and contractor supervision.
Proficient in MS Office and planning tools.
Excellent leadership communication and coordination skills.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Willing to be on-site full time with 3040% travel expected.
