As the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring your team is across preventative and reactive maintenance and repair of equipment and services within the Hotel.
What will you be doing:
- Assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day maintenance requirements of the Hotels
- Oversee preventative maintenance programmes building plant equipment fixtures and fittings
- Strong project management and budgeting skills (CAPEX & OPEX).
- Conducting maintenance requirements and follow ups as scheduled & logged
- Manage the maintenance team focusing on talent development
- Lead safety and risk management within the hotel
Qualifications :
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience working on the maintenance of hotels fixed plant or equipment systems.
- Knowledge of preventive predictive and reactive maintenance strategies.
- Basic knowledge of electrical plumbing HVAC and general repairs
- An individual who enjoys working in dynamic environments
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
