Summary:
As a Manager Digital Marketing you will be responsible for overseeing the planning execution and delivery of digital projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and meet the companys objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers developers content creators and marketing specialists to drive successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator adept at managing project timelines and resources and possesses a solid understanding of digital technologies.
Essential Job Duties:
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects including website development mobile applications software implementations and other digital initiatives.
Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and establish project timelines budgets and resource allocation.
Create and maintain detailed project plans including tasks dependencies and milestones ensuring all project deliverables are met within agreed-upon deadlines.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams external vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
Conduct regular project meetings to provide status updates resolve issues and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Proactively identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress and performance using project management tools and techniques providing regular status reports to stakeholders and addressing any deviations from the project plan.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project budgets track project expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality results.
Stay updated with emerging digital trends technologies and industry best practices and propose innovative ideas and solutions to enhance project outcomes. Researches and presents innovative communications marketing and advertising tools; utilizes internet website and other emerging technologies to create cost-effective tactics for increasing traffic and promoting leases.
Researches and provides solutions for specific marketing issues that are reported such as integration concerns and incorrect website information. Determines root cause develops solutions and mitigation against future issues where applicable.
Support as needed updating property information on all websites/advertising sites including photos office hours amenities and more.
Audits and reports on all marketing lead sources; monitoring accuracy for phone numbers email addresses pricing photos and brand messaging.
Works with 3rd party vendor(s) to manage development of new property websites; providing assets reporting issues troubleshooting and gathering internal feedback to provide vendor; ensuring timely resolution.
Regularly reviews all aspects of online presence for a variety of apartment communities and recommends changes and opportunities for improvement.
Generates reports and analyzes data related to website performance providing insights and recommendations
Limited travel is/may be required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises one or more direct reports. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Manager Digital Marketing or in a similar role successfully delivering digital projects on time and within budget.
Solid understanding of digital technologies platforms and tools including web development content management systems mobile applications and digital marketing.
Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and address project-related challenges and risks.
Leadership qualities foster collaboration and drive project success.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University is preferred
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator adept at managing project timelines and resources and possesses a solid understanding of digital technologies and project management methodologies.
1-3 years directly related work experience in managing/maintaining websites supporting social media efforts and using Content Management Systems (CMS) is preferred
Strong attention to detail; demonstrated ability to quickly learn/master new programmatic buying platforms.
Proficient with Microsoft Office comfortable learning and using new technology/software/web-based tools.
Intellectually curious with strong problem-solving skills; able to research issues and develop solutions.
Action-oriented team player with strength in building trust and working cross functionally.
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills; ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team setting.
Prior experience in customer service advertising social media or online marketing an asset.
