- Can track down discrepancies like a financial Sherlock Holmes
- Handle client calls with grace and confidence
- Actually enjoy spreadsheets
- 2 years in AR billing banking or accounting
- QuickBooks Online ninja-level skills (3 years preferred)
- Excel Outlook and Word proficiency
- Strong organization and time management
- Solid communication and customer service chops
- Background in banking or insurance
- Experience with compliance & vendor management
- Time spent in fast-moving service-first environments
Ability to successfully pass a background check (as required by law).
