The Business Development team at Telnyx is pivotal to the success of the broader sales organization. As a Manager of Business Development you will lead a team of high-performing BDRs contributing directly to the companys sales pipeline while shaping the next generation of Account Executives.
You will be responsible for hiring onboarding coaching and operationalizing BDR efforts to maximize output and addition youll partner cross-functionally to align strategy improve workflows and build a scalable foundation for the future of the business.
