VW of Olympia is looking to add a full-time Service Porter Concierge to support our growing business needs. A successful candidate must have computer skills be detailed oriented excellent customer service skills be comfortable driving a shuttle van and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Hourly wage $16.66-24.00/ hour depending on experience
- Full-time position and may include working weekends
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to provide great customer service in person and on the phone
- Answer phone calls and schedule service appointments
- Assist in transporting customers with shuttle drives
- Coordinate and provide valet pick-up service for scheduled appointments.
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand walk and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) safely and efficiently.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions including exposure to heat cold and noise.
- Know how to drive manual transmission and automatic transmission vehicles.
