Job Description
RVO2 is a global program that improves virtualization technology to manage project engineering systems at multiple centers The RVO2 Support Engineer is responsible for activities related to the support of the Worldwide Centralized Engineering
Activities should be performed following existing detailed processes and standards under our ISO 27001 certification.
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Actively participates in a variety of activities of the daily operation by providing support with limited assistance
- Participates in the creation of solving tasks with low to moderate complexity
- Participates in the implementation of solutions with varied complexity according to detailed standards
- Participates and observes interactions and fixing with internal and external customers

You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. You anticipate and adopt innovations in business building digital and technology applications.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Engineering or equivalent experience level in related field.
- Knowledge of:
- VMware vSphere and VCenter
- MS Windows server OS
- Deployment of virtual machines in a large virtual environment
- Networking (certifications desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred qualifications that set you apart:
- Knowledge of:
- VMware Operations Manager
- Dell blade and rack systems
- Datacenter Operations
- ISO 27001 Information Security Management System
- Experience using MS SharePoint and MS Teams
- Familiar with Emerson Automation Solutions products processes and standards
