About the Role:
As a Process Consultant embedded in our Europe Operations Transformation team you will be instrumental in driving AI led process improvements across Merchant Acquiring Operations. This role is designed for a forward-thinking professional who can blend process excellence with intelligent automation leveraging tools like Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studios to deliver scalable human-centered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification design pilot and implementation of AI-driven low code / no-code process improvements using proven toolkits like Power Automate Power Apps and Copilot Studio.
- Partner with business and technology teams to reimagine an design end to end process workflows reduce manual effort and enhance decision-making through intelligent automation/AI solutions.
- Translate operational pain points into automation opportunities building low-code/no-code solutions that are robust secure and scalable.
- Champion the adoption of AI toolkits across operational teams including training change management and feedback loops.
- Monitor and measure the impact of automation initiatives using data to refine and optimize continuously.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI automation and digital operations to inform strategy and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations Computer Science or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps Power BI) and Copilot Studio.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business process transformation.
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience of at least 6 years in process optimization and automation preferably within financial services or merchant operations.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI copilots or virtual agents in operational environments.
- Ability to work across global teams and influence without authority.
- Experience of working in agile delivery environments.
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
