Team Carney a dynamic performance and professional development focused company is actively seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to support the Training Division of a government agency. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing the ADDIE model in thedevelopment of curriculum to include learning objectives instructional strategies structure and sequence instructional trainingmaterial evaluations multimedia assets and e-learning courses.
This position is contingent on contract award.
This position is Hybrid with some travel required within CONUS.
This position requires a current or obtainable Public Trust clearance.
Duties:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current or obtainable Public Trust clearance
- Minimum of five years of instructional design experience.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design.
- In lieu of a BA or MA in Instructional Design adegreein Education or related subject may be substituted for a degree in Instructional Design IF transcripts demonstrate at least 24 semester hours of course work in Adult Education. The course work must have included study in at least four of the following five areas directly related to adult learning:Learning theory Psychology of learning educational psychologyInstructional design practicesEducational evaluationInstructional product development Computers in education and training.
