Job Description
This position is contingent on contract award.
This position is Hybrid with some travel required within CONUS.
This position requires a current or obtainable Public Trust clearance.
Duties:
Designs and develops online and face-to-face instructional material for adult learners.
Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis project management course development and evaluation skills for adult training and/or education.
Ability to utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools.
- Ability for technical Writing teaching/training performance measuring multimedia curriculum and course development.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current or obtainable Public Trust clearance
- Minimum of five years of instructional design experience.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design.
- In lieu of a BA or MA in Instructional Design adegreein Education or related subject may be substituted for a degree in Instructional Design IF transcripts demonstrate at least 24 semester hours of course work in Adult Education. The course work must have included study in at least four of the following five areas directly related to adult learning:Learning theory Psychology of learning educational psychologyInstructional design practicesEducational evaluationInstructional product development Computers in education and training.
