Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns for our broadband services including targeted outreach in new residential developments and competitive markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop messaging promotional materials and digital content to support broadband growth goals.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for municipal fiber projects working directly with city officials and internal departments to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Support the planning and execution of community events groundbreakings and neighborhood engagement efforts tied to broadband expansion.
- Make regular visits to new developments and communities to foster relationships gather market insights and support local marketing activities. This will require travel outside of the Uintah Basin on a routine basis.
- Maintain and update internal tracking systems and marketing calendars related to broadband projects.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide input on how to improve results and engagement.
- Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction & reasons for churn and make recommendations based on insights.
- Stay akin to industry trends and market research to maintain competitive pricing strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning and working in new software programs and digital tools.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Self-motivated adaptable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly to local and regional development sites.
- A bachelors degree in marketing communications business or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
