Job Description

Overview

Location: Dallas Training Center Hilton DFW Lakes Grapevine TX

Position Summary: Conduct Franchise Store Management (FSMT) FSMT2 Associate Store Management and Intro to FSMT Training Programs. Deliver training programs in various regions such as Chrome Chrome Express Plus (CE) Franchise Development Training (FDT) and other Productivity and Technology solutions. Develop and deliver virtual training programs for associates franchisees and franchisee employees.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks:

  • Training Program Delivery: Deliver training programs at Franchise Store Management Training and all other programs associated with Training Department (FPT member workshops FDT Seminars SFC Train-the-Trainer workshop etc.).
  • Training Program Support:Assist New Franchise Training by presenting and facilitating training events.
  • Training Program Development: Participate with the Manager-Field Training other training managers and subject-matter experts to identify training needs and develop programs for the field sales organization and franchisees. Develop training modules individually or working with the training team.
  • Implement Virtual Training Options: Design develop and implement short training modules to deliver in a virtual training environment to support increased product knowledge and drive adoption rates of technology solutions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience required
  • Background in field sales sales and/or sales training helpful
  • Strong knowledge of Snap-on field sales organization
  • Excellent presentation skills to facilitate a participant-centered and activity based adult learning process. Able to adjust style and content based on classroom dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with franchisees associates and all levels of management; build trust and credibility
  • Strong relationship skills
  • Strong communicator: provide information help others understand rationale influence and persuade
  • Manage change
  • Values Teamwork
  • Analytical with good problem solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Chrome CE Snap-on Applications
  • Extensive travel required--70%

Salary Range: $ base pay. Actual compensation may vary based on experience location and other factors.
