Job Description:
This CFS Service Delivery Administrator position oversees a team of Relative/Kinship Care Supervisors ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with program policies. This role requires strong leadership communication and organizational skills and includes participation in on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of Relative/Kinship Care Supervisors ensuring adherence to agency policies and procedures.
- Monitor policies procedures and requirements to the Arizona Kinship Navigation Program Model.
- Organize and track data to provide to internal and external partners to support proof of program implantation.
- Coach and mentor staff to meet program goals and quality assurance measures.
- Collaborates with DHHS Service Delivery Administrators and other DHHS Administrators or program officials concerning the operation of the service delivery system to resolve administrative issues that impair the effectiveness and efficiency of program and services.
- Evaluate staff performance; manage personnel actions including hiring training scheduling and disciplinary processes.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide consultation as needed.
- Assist with the planning and organizing of monthly support groups for the relative/kinship foster homes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in social services business administration public administration human development human services behavioral health law special education or other closely related field AND two years supervisory experience in a human services field; OR a Masters degree in any of the above-mentioned fields. Equivalent experience or coursework/training may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Qualifications: At least five years of experience in child welfare including a minimum of two years in a supervisory role. Experience in case management in protective services juvenile justice counseling or related fields. Masters degree in social work psychology sociology counseling human development education criminal justice or related field. Experience mentoring coaching or leading a team. Supervisory experience is highly preferred.
Other: Valid drivers license and the ability to provide independent authorized transportation is required.
