Reporting to the VP of Development The Kendal Corporation (TKC) is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Living Development Project Leader who loves to bring development projects to life. TKC is a leader in senior living and innovative community development and wants to grow our team.
We are looking for a project leader to manage development projects from concept through completion. Responsibilities will include execution of the development plan leading the development team on weekly project calls updating the project schedule and numbers and ultimately being responsible for all tasks necessary to successfully develop the project.
The ideal candidate has extensive and well-rounded senior living development experience attention to detail tenacity and a focus on return we offer you the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative team-oriented and mission-driven environment making a difference in the lives of the people we serve.
