Do you want to work in the retail industry and provide empathetic solution-oriented support Our client is looking for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join their on-site team in Szczecin Poland!
Join a structured and supportive back-office environment where youll handle written queries process manual refunds and investigate customer issues with accuracy and care. A relocation flight and two weeks of shared hotel accommodation are included.

What will you do
Deliver written customer support via email for the German market with minimal call volume
Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing past interactions and using internal tools
Process manual refunds and handle GDPR-related complaints with accuracy
Ensure professional empathetic and solution-focused communication
Work with multiple systems efficiently and with precision
Candidate profile
Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1) both written and spoken
Excellent communication and clear problem explanation skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Patience empathy and emotional resilience
Available for full-time on-site work in Szczecin 5 days a week
Flexibility for shifts between 9:0018:00 Monday to Sunday
