Staff Program Manager role is dependent upon having a funded position and on having a legitimate business need in the department. This is not a natural progression path within the job family and must be approved by the Department Head VP of Corporate Finance COO and must meet qualifications. Requires the ability to perform highly complex and diverse duties under deadlines and operating constraints.
Additional Job Requirements:
This is a staff level position requiring the ability to perform highly complex and diverse duties under deadlines and operating constraints. Responsible for results of one or more programs. Works on highly complex existing programs in intake/ conceive/ validate/ plan/ execution/ monitor/assess necessitating the coordination of activities of other business units within the company. Requires ability to develop and execute program plans with greater organizational impact. Assists in the development of new programs. Resolves conflicts within assigned Programs. Coordinates with other programs and projects to identify additional efficiencies that may not be present within a single program. Must have advanced working knowledge and technical expertise in responsibility and company policies/procedures. Must be able to provide functional leadership to senior level staff.
