What youll do as a Customer Engagement Expert (CEE):
As a Customer Engagement Expert (CEE) youll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service through dynamic real-time conversations. Your goal is to build trust and guide consumers towards making informed decisions. Our CEEs dont rely on scripts youll need to think on your feet and tailor each conversation to meet the unique needs of every customer.
Youll receive comprehensive training to ensure you are fully equipped to excel in your role and support our customers with confidence.

Next Steps for Selected Applicants:
Our next training session begins on Monday August 11th 2025. The training will run for 3 weeks from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and will be conducted remotely via Google Meets. Were currently hiring for the following shifts which are subject to change based on business needs:
