Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist (Associate) to join our facility in Dallas TX.
The Supply Chain Program Participant will be an integral member of BGS-G Supply Chain execution team for KC-46 and T-7 this role you will provide oversight and management of supply and demand schedules supplier quality delivery and financial performance. You will also assist in analyzing postproduction supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities. Additionally you will be responsible for entering tracking monitoring and coordinating customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders.
In summary you will be responsible for processing material returned from customers assisting in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities capacity and performance and processing documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims.
Position Responsibilities:
Engages stakeholders to ensure that program customer product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection negotiation and contracting strategies
Optimizes execution of the supply chain balancing inventory supply orders and schedule demand
Manages performance and relationship to ensure delivery quality financial stability and in-service performance
Mitigates risks and issues
Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1 years of experience in either GOLD procurement systems or other supply chain systems
1 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Estimating & Pricing Procurement Financial Analysis Supply Chain Analysis Financial Analysis or Strategy Analysis
Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
Must reside near Dallas TX or be willing to relocate at your own expense
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management)
4 years experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes
