The ideal candidate will have either a Bachelors degree in a technical field with limited experience or an Associates degree in a technical field with 2 to 5 years of related experience. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal and external customers resolving issues related to hardware software and network systems and ensuring the smooth operation of IT equipment and processes. This role requires a general knowledge and understanding in the area of expertise and associated equipment processes or systems.

Job Description :
Provide customer support for installation configuration troubleshooting and inventory management and training.
Assist IT staff with setup and maintenance of desktop/laptop computers peripherals and networked systems.
Manage and support LAN/WAN environments including SQL servers web applications and wireless/handheld devices.
Implement and maintain information systems security policies to ensure confidentiality integrity and availability of data.
Contribute to the planning and coordination of case management and litigation support systems.
Perform routine assignments in support of the Office intranet and internet sites including converting
content into workable web pages checking links repairing errors etc.
Required Expertise and Experience:-
Understanding of systems integration methods and practices.
Experience with operating systems system devices and interoperability.
Knowledge of operating systems associated devices and the interoperability of systems sufficient to install upgrade troubleshoot test and maintain those systems.
Ability to apply troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques to ensure continuous service.
Proficiency in performance tuning tools database management and project management.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and familiarity with agency security policies.
