Position Title: Lead Controls Electrician
Position Description: The Lead Controls Electrician serves as a team member in the electrical assembly process for automation equipment. This electrician is responsible for panel building and wiring of electrical components used on automation equipment projects.
Lead Responsibilities:
Lead and guide electrical team members across multiple projects
Monitor build progress to ensure timelines are met
Act as the primary communicator for electrical status and open issues during the build process
Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
Build and wire custom panels and systems per design and spec
Interpret and follow electrical schematics and customer documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
Document changes and communicate updates throughout the build process
Support project success by focusing on quality cost and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams through all stages of the project
Participate in on-site installations & Support

Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience wiring custom automated machinery
Proven ability to lead and coordinate a team
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
High attention to safety and detail
Comfortable reading schematics and working with complex mechanical systems
Basic computer proficiency (Excel Word OneNote)
Team player with strong communication and self-direction
Willingness to travel up to 20% (local national international)
Salary: $32.00 - $40.00/hour (Wage based on Experience)
Additional Compensation: Overtime pay travel pay
