- Organizational skills problem-solving abilities prioritization big-picture thinker while still keeping day-to-day objectives in mind
- Membership Conversion you understand how to coach and motivate your spa team to educate and delight your clients (so they join our Lifestyle Program!)
- Revenue you understand how to drive and optimize revenue via scheduling marketing and upgrading services
- Recruiting you are passionate about building a team of enthusiastic spa professionals
- Operations you measure analyze and pivot based on performance data; while consistently delivering an excellent client experience
- Management experience in the salon/spa retail or hospitality industry
- Minimum 1-3 years
- Preferred 3-5 years
- Flexible schedule this role requires a variety of hours which may include nights and weekends
- Ability to promote the benefits of massage skin care and body toning services
- Base salary commission bonus
